Bulla
The flour of bulla is the best product of enset, which is at a natural substance with no chemical additives. And it is found in a well-known place called welliso and its surrounding.
How to prepare "BULLA"
1 Put it into the bowl, which has cold water.
2 After thoroughly mixing it, filtering it down with clean cloth.
3 Add water and wait until it concentrates dawn to the surface of the bowl and changing clean water so as to be fresh.
4 Pour the water, put the Bulla in a dish, Covering with clean cloth and then sieving it in order to get the fine flour and then keep it in a clean container. It can be used for a long time.
5 Cook and eat whenever you wish.
 
Mekelesh
The spice called "mekelesha" is a composition of seven at widely used spices and can be used in any pepper-mixed food souse. The preparation

7. Cardamon If you put the spice called "mekelesha" in to the cooking pepper- mixed souse. It can make delicious,and tasty.
